DVG managed the preparation of property surveys for over 20 separate parcels of land consisting of the Paradise Cove project boundary adjacent to Cedar Lake. DVG prepared the land plan to redevelop depressed existing housing into a luxury lakefront recreational development with seaside architectural themed residential condominium and townhouse buildings.
