109th widening from west of Mississippi to east of Maine Drive with new curbs, new asphalt pavement and pavement markings, and new drainage structures

Center median with decorative lighting, stamped concrete, and turf

Sidewalks added along Waterside Crossing and along gas station frontage

Mississippi will be improved with added turn lanes and extended further south for a later tie in at 113th Avenue

West and east ends of this project are designed for future tie in by other improvement projects.
